CashHub is a point-of-sale and e-invoicing app for shops and restaurants in Saudi Arabia. With WhatsApp receipts, a business sends each customer their sales receipt on WhatsApp instead of paper, from the business's own WhatsApp number.
Who provides the service
CashHub is a brand of Rkeb Office Commercial (مكتب آركيبي التجارية), a Saudi establishment, Commercial Registration 7039412338, VAT number 300089699700003, Riyadh. CashHub provides the software; Meta provides the WhatsApp Business Platform that carries the messages.
How a business links its number
- The business owner signs in to the CashHub back office and presses "Link WhatsApp number".
- A Facebook window opens. The owner signs in, then chooses or creates their own business portfolio and WhatsApp Business account.
- The owner enters the business's display name and phone number, and confirms the number with a code sent by SMS or a call.
- The owner approves CashHub's access and presses "Finish". The number is now linked.
Each business links its own number and stays the owner of its WhatsApp Business account. One number serves the whole business and its branches.
Sending a receipt
At checkout, the cashier sends the receipt to the customer's WhatsApp, only when the customer agrees. The customer can reply STOP to stop messages. If a message can't be delivered, the receipt is still saved, and the customer can view it from the QR code on the printed receipt.
Who pays
The business pays Meta directly for its WhatsApp messages, using a card it adds in WhatsApp Manager. CashHub takes no share of these fees.
What data we use
We use the data Meta gives us only to send the business's receipts: the business's WhatsApp account and number details, and the access that lets CashHub send messages on its behalf. This access is stored encrypted. We don't use this data for anything else, and we don't share it. The full details are in our privacy policy and terms of service.
Unlinking
The business can unlink at any time from the back office ("Unlink"), or by removing CashHub under Facebook Business Settings → Business Integrations. Unlinking erases CashHub's access at once, and the number stays with the business at Meta.
