Stock for every size and colour
Every combination has its own stock balance, taken by a sale and given back by a return or a void, so you know what's left of each size.
- Receiving from a supplier, with or without a purchase order, and returns to the supplier.
- Stocktakes: count the branch's stock and post the differences.
- Transfers between branches: move a size that ran out in one branch from another.
Exchanges and returns
The customer wants another size or colour? An exchange is a return of the first piece and a sale of the second, each with its own document, and stock is adjusted for both. Returns, full or partial, are linked to the original invoice with VAT calculated correctly, and are permission-based: anyone without the permission needs a manager's PIN.
Offers
A percentage or amount off, or a fixed price, on a style or a whole category. You set it up in the dashboard and the register applies it. You can also give a specific customer a standing discount, and issue vouchers with a minimum order and start and end dates.
E-invoicing
Every invoice is issued in the e-invoice format, signed and with a QR code on the device itself, even offline. The connection to ZATCA is being activated.
Your store's numbers
The dashboard shows each branch's daily sales, payment methods and best-selling items, with shift, end-of-day and VAT reports.
Pay per invoice
5 halalas per invoice, capped at SAR 149 a month per branch, after which the rest of the month is free. The first 30 days are free, and there are no per-device fees.
