Inventory management POS: know what you have and where

Stock for every item in every branch and warehouse moves with each sale, delivery and count, with suppliers, recipes and expiry dates in the same system.

An inventory management POS: the right number for every item

Every owner keeps coming back to the same questions: how many of this item do I have, where is it, and what changed the number? In CashHub every item has its own balance in each location, branch or warehouse, and the number moves with every operation.

Stock for every item in every location

The north branch has its own balance, the warehouse has its own, and they never get mixed up. Open an item to see where it sits, or open a location to see its items. With more than one branch, a single dashboard brings them all together.

Moving stock between branches and warehouses

Stocktakes from the back office

Before Eid or at the end of the financial year, you open a stocktake for one location, enter the quantities you counted and post the differences, and the balance updates. If plans change before you finish, you can cancel it.

Stocktakes are done from the back office and there is no blind stocktake for stock. The blind count in CashHub is for the cash drawer when a shift closes, not for inventory.

Suppliers and purchase orders

Demand picks up at the start of the month after salaries land, and before that you need to have ordered. Add the supplier, raise a purchase order with items and quantities, and when the goods arrive you receive them and enter the unit cost.

Recipes, for when your stock is raw ingredients

In a restaurant, café or bakery you don't sell raw ingredients, you sell a finished item. Link the recipe to stock and every latte sold deducts its beans and milk, every dish deducts its ingredients, and a void puts them back.

Since the ingredient cost is known, you see each dish's cost and margin, and which items earn their place on the menu.

Expiry dates: nearest expiry goes first

For dairy, juice, canned goods and anything with an expiry date, you receive the item with a lot number and an expiry date. When you sell, stock goes out from the lot that expires first (FEFO), so an old lot doesn't get forgotten behind the shelf. This is set up in the back office.

Who can change the numbers

Custom roles decide what each employee can do, and every action is logged with the name of whoever did it and the time. If a balance doesn't match reality, you go back to the history and find the movement that changed it instead of guessing.

Frequently asked questions

Does stock go down automatically with each invoice?

Yes. A sale lowers the item's balance in its location, a return puts it back, and every movement is saved in the history.

Is there a blind stocktake for stock?

No. Stocktakes are done from the back office: you count, enter the quantities, and post the differences or cancel the stocktake. The blind count exists for the cash drawer only.

Can I track several branches and warehouses?

Yes. Each location has its own balance, and the dashboard brings every branch together.

Can I bring my items from my current system?

Yes. We move your items for free and you start selling the same day.

How do I handle items that expire?

You receive them with a lot number and an expiry date from the back office, and sales use the nearest expiry first.

What does it cost?

There is no contract and no setup fee, and you pay for your invoices from a balance you top up. Retail, furniture and ticketing businesses each have their own price, which we set with you based on the size of your business and how many branches you run. Your first 30 days from sign-up are free.
