At the register: scan and sell
Every item, and every variant of it, has its own code and barcode. The cashier scans it with a barcode scanner or types the code, and the item is added at its price, or finds it by name.
- Sale by weight: mark the item as sold by weight, and the cashier enters the weight, or it's read from the scale label's barcode once you set the label format in Settings.
- Quantity pricing: set a lower price from a given quantity, like wholesale prices, and the register applies it.
- Offers: a percentage or amount off, or a fixed price, on an item or a category. You set them up in the dashboard and the register applies them.
- Split one bill across cash, card and wallet.
Stock moves with every invoice
Every variant of an item has its own stock balance. A sale takes stock when the invoice closes, and a void or a return gives it back.
- Receiving from a supplier, with or without a purchase order.
- Purchase orders, and returns to the supplier.
- Stocktakes: count the branch's stock and post the differences.
- Transfers between branches: one branch sends, the other receives.
Returns and exchanges
Returns, full or partial, are linked to the original invoice with VAT calculated correctly, and the stock comes back. An exchange is a return plus a new sale, each with its own document. Returns and discounts are permission-based: staff with the permission do them directly, anyone else needs a manager's PIN, and every action is logged under the name of whoever did it.
Expiry dates and vouchers
Items with an expiry date go out earliest-expiry first, and the expiry report shows what is about to expire. Purchase cost is averaged with every delivery you receive. You can also give a specific customer a standing discount, and issue vouchers with a minimum order and start and end dates.
E-invoicing
Every invoice is issued in the e-invoice format, signed and with a QR code on the device itself, even offline. The connection to ZATCA is being activated.
Your shop's numbers
The dashboard shows each branch's daily sales, payment methods and best-selling items, with shift, end-of-day and VAT reports. Cash differences show at the end of every shift.
Pay per invoice
5 halalas per invoice, capped at SAR 149 a month per branch, after which the rest of the month is free. The first 30 days are free, and there are no per-device fees.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes. The register reads barcodes from a barcode scanner, or you type the code, and the item is added at its price.
Can I sell by weight?
Yes. An item sold by weight is priced from its weight, which the cashier enters or which is read from the scale label's barcode.
Are there wholesale prices?
Yes, as quantity pricing: from a set quantity the price drops, and the register applies it.
Can I move stock between branches?
Yes. A transfer leaves one branch and is received by another, and stock is adjusted at both.
What if the internet drops?
Sales carry on. Invoices are signed and printed with their QR code on the device, saved there, and sync to your account once you're back online.
