Multi-branch stock transfers and warehouse management

Your warehouse and branches are locations in one system. You create a transfer, the other location receives it, and stock updates at both ends with no phone calls or paper.

Multi-branch stock transfers without the phone calls

When one branch runs out of an item and another has extra, the usual fix is a phone call, a chat message and a note that gets lost. In CashHub a warehouse and a branch are both locations with their own balances, and a transfer is a document with three outcomes: it is created, received or cancelled.

Example: one warehouse and three branches before Ramadan

Two weeks before Ramadan a big shipment lands and the warehouse takes it in. Instead of phoning every branch manager to ask what they need, you open the dashboard, see each branch's balance and create a transfer for each branch with quantities that suit its traffic.

Each branch manager receives their transfer from their own device when the goods arrive, so the branch balance goes up and the warehouse balance goes down. A week later, if the mall branch sells out of dates fast, you move more from the warehouse in minutes.

A transfer, step by step

  1. Choose the sending and receiving locations and add items and quantities.
  2. The goods move, and the receiving location receives the transfer.
  3. Stock updates in both locations, and you see the movement in each item's history.
  4. If the transfer never goes ahead, you cancel it.

A warehouse is a location, like a branch

You don't need to treat the warehouse as a fake branch. It is a location with its own balance for every item, shown in the dashboard next to your branches. Because each item has a balance in each location, you know exactly where stock sits before you call anyone.

Inventory management

Let the numbers decide where to send stock

Dashboard reports show top-selling items, and one dashboard brings every branch together. So instead of transferring on instinct, you compare how an item moves across branches and send it where it sells fastest. That matters in the seasons: Eid, summer and back to school.

Transfer, purchase order or adjustment?

The idea is that every case has a document explaining why a balance changed, so no number changes without a trace.

Transfers and stocktakes work together

After a branch receives a big transfer, open a stocktake on the expensive items and post the differences if a quantity didn't match. The transfer explains where the goods went, and the stocktake fixes the real number in the branch.

That ends the problem that keeps coming back between branches: goods left the warehouse and nobody is sure they arrived in full.

Every movement has a name on it

Custom roles decide what each employee can do, and every action is logged with the name of whoever did it and the time. If two branches disagree, you go back to the transfer itself and see who created it and who received it.

Frequently asked questions

Does a warehouse count as a location like a branch?

Yes. It has its own balance for every item, and you see it in the dashboard next to your branches.

What states can a transfer be in?

A transfer is created, then received by the receiving location, or cancelled.

Does stock update in both locations?

Yes. A transfer leaves one location and is received by another, and stock is adjusted at both.

Can I see each branch's sales before I transfer?

Yes. The dashboard shows top-selling items and brings all your branches into one place.

What if the quantity that arrived differs from the paperwork?

After receiving, you run a stocktake from the back office and post the differences, or make a stock adjustment logged under your name.

Does each branch need its own account?

No. One dashboard covers all your branches, and we set your price with you based on the size of your business and how many branches you run.
