How to work out any POS's yearly cost
- The monthly subscription times 12, times your branches.
- Plus any setup fee.
- Plus fees or extra licenses per device.
- Plus any paid add-ons you need, such as a kitchen display or inventory.
How CashHub is priced
For restaurants and cafés: 5 halalas per invoice, VAT included, the most you pay is SAR 149 a month per branch, and the first 30 days are free. No setup fee, no device fees, no contract. Founding seats, the first 500 restaurants, cafés, bakeries and sweet shops, have a SAR 99 cap for a year. Retail, furniture and ticketing businesses have a custom price we set with you, so the calculator does not apply to them.
When you reach the monthly cap
SAR 149 is 2,980 invoices a month. If your business opens 30 days, you reach the cap at about 100 invoices a day, and the rest of the month is free.
Three examples

| Busy restaurant: 200 invoices a day | 6,000 | SAR 149 (the monthly cap) |

What the calculator assumes
It assumes the same number of invoices every month, and counts the first year as about 11 paid months because the first 30 days are free. It leaves out hardware you might buy, because CashHub usually runs on the devices you already have.
