Who is in the table
A system enters the table if it is a POS or invoicing system sold in Saudi Arabia whose official pages mention Saudi Arabia or e-invoicing. Payments-only companies and systems with no documented Saudi support are left out, with the reason. CashHub is not in the table because we publish it.

What each feature means
- Lowest listed plan monthly price
- The lowest monthly price the company lists for its cheapest plan, as written. We do not convert currency or add VAT.
- Pricing model
- The listed pricing method: subscription, pay per invoice, or a quote.
- Setup/installation fee
- Whether the company states a setup or installation fee, and how much.
- Mandatory annual contract
- Whether a yearly commitment is required, per the company's pages.
- Extra device/user fees
- Fees for an extra device or user, where published.
- Phase 2 support (company claim)
- What the company says about Phase 2 support. This is the company's claim; we did not test it.
- Listed in ZATCA Solution Providers Directory
- Whether the company is listed in ZATCA's solution providers directory. The directory needs a browser running JavaScript, which our tools could not read, so every cell is Could not verify.
- Offline mode
- Whether the company says sales work without internet.
- Restaurant features
- Restaurant features listed, such as tables and a kitchen screen.
- Retail features
- Retail features listed, such as barcodes and stock.
- iOS app
- An app listed on the App Store.
- Android app
- An app listed on Google Play.
- Arabic UI
- An Arabic interface, per the company's pages.
- Free trial
- A listed free trial and its length.
- Delivery / online store integrations
- Links to delivery apps or online stores, as the company lists them.
What each status means
- A value: the company published it, and we write it as is with a link to the page.
- Not published: we did not find it on the company public pages when we checked. Ask them.
- Could not verify: the page did not open with our tools, or needs a login or JavaScript, so we could not read it.
Delivery-app names
The site does not name some local delivery apps, so we write 'a local delivery app' instead. The name is on the company page linked from the cell.
Systems we left out (9)
- Edfapay: A payments company (SoftPOS, payment gateway and processing), not a cashier or invoicing system.
- Lightspeed POS: The official product page does not mention Saudi Arabia or ZATCA, and no documentation of Saudi support was found.
- Lunxa: The number of systems exceeded 20, so this extra system is not listed in the matrix.
- Onyx Pro ERP: The official site returns a Cloudflare error (unavailable), and the archived snapshot (Wayback 2026-02-26) shows a generic ERP with no published evidence of a Saudi point of sale or ZATCA invoicing. The sites onyxpro.net and onyxerp.com are not related to it.
- Oracle MICROS Simphony: The official Simphony page does not mention Saudi Arabia or ZATCA; Oracle documentation for Saudi invoicing exists for NetSuite only, not Simphony.
- Ordable: An online ordering and POS system active in Saudi Arabia, but its pages (home and pricing) do not mention ZATCA or e-invoicing, so there is no evidence of invoicing support.
- Shopify POS: Shopify POS is available in Saudi Arabia but has no native ZATCA invoicing support; its official pages do not mention ZATCA or Fatoora. A free third-party app, ZATCA Tools, from an individual developer issues an invoice for each paid store order (store orders, not a cashier).
- Square POS: Not available in Saudi Arabia according to the Square support center (the page shown is the US one and does not mention Saudi) and the supported countries list; this is indirect evidence, not an explicit statement of unavailability.
- Wafeq: A cloud accounting system with no point of sale or cashier: its pages show invoicing, accounting and Phase 2, and an API for linking external POS systems. Its help site returns a Cloudflare challenge.
