What we don't do

The limits of this reference, written down so you know what to rely on it for, and when to go to ZATCA or your accountant.

We are not ZATCA

This reference is published by CashHub, a private POS and invoicing company. We do not speak for ZATCA, and any decision or notice from ZATCA is what counts for you.

We give no tax or legal advice

We explain ZATCA's documents as they are. Your business's own case, such as how a supply is classified or whether an exemption applies, is for your accountant or ZATCA.

We do not confirm VAT registration

The VAT number checker checks the format only. Registration is confirmed on ZATCA's lookup, which asks for a manual verification code.

We do not upload or keep your files

The XML checker, the VAT number checker and the penalty calculator run in your browser. Nothing goes to a server and nothing you type is kept.

We do not say your invoice will be accepted

The XML checker covers 38 of 240 rules and does not check the signature, the hash or the certificate. The Fatoora platform decides acceptance.

We do not rank or score systems

The POS comparison shows what each company published, with a source and date. There is no ranking and no top pick, and CashHub is not in the table because we publish it.

We do not make up codes or numbers

Every code has an official text in ZATCA's SDK or XML standard. What we could not prove from an official source is marked [withdrawn], and estimates are marked “our estimate”.

We do not claim official approval

This reference gives no system any official status, and we claim none that an official body has not given us.
